Refund and Returns Policy
At Huzky Apparel, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and that’s why we offer a 7-day refund policy on all purchases. This policy allows you to shop with confidence, knowing that you can request a refund if you are not completely satisfied with your order.
Eligibility for Refunds:
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following:

- Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Any item that has been worn, used, or altered in any way will not be eligible for a refund.
- Receipt: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.

If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Return Instructions: Upon receiving your email, we will review your request and, if approved, provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
